Caylee Waters

Caylee Waters is an accomplished lacrosse professional and coach with extensive experience in both competitive play and coaching roles. Currently serving as the Assistant Lacrosse Coach at the University of Virginia since July 2023, Caylee has also played professionally for Athletes Unlimited since July 2021. Previous coaching experience includes a role as Volunteer Assistant Coach at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Stanford University, specializing in training goalkeepers. Caylee was the Women's Lacrosse Team Captain at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, contributing to the team's victories as the 2016 National Champions and 2016 & 2017 ACC Champions. A former Product Owner and Associate Product Manager at Teamworks, Caylee has a background in communications and sports information, showcasing a diverse skill set that blends athletics with media and journalism. Education was completed at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning a degree in Media and Journalism, Advertising.
