Katie Giusto

Katie Giusto currently serves as the Director of Football Operations for UVA Football since January 2022, previously holding various roles within the football operations department at the University of Virginia and West Virginia University. Giusto has extensive experience in football operations, having worked as an Associate Director and Assistant Director of Football Operations, and has contributed in recruiting and financial coordination. Prior to these positions, Giusto was involved in events management at the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl and served as a graduate and student intern in football operations at the University of Virginia. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Higher Education with a focus on Intercollegiate Athletic Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies and Media Studies, both from the University of Virginia. Additionally, Giusto completed studies at the McIntire Business Institute.
