Adele Browne is an experienced educational leader with a strong focus on student engagement and inclusion. Currently serving as the Director of Student Experience at the University of Warwick since May 2022, Adele leads the strategy to enhance student experiences. Previously, Adele held the position of Head of Graduate Success at De Montfort University from December 2013 to May 2022, where responsibilities included fostering employer engagement and supporting students in securing high-skilled graduate occupations. With a foundational career at the University of Sussex, Adele developed several placement schemes and managed student experiences in European programs. Additionally, Adele co-founded and chaired the Access and Inclusion Special Interest Group within the European Association for International Education, advocating for equitable access to study abroad programs. Adele holds a BA Hons in French with African and Asian Studies and an MBA from the University of Sussex.
