Mark Christianson

Mark Christianson currently serves as a Senior Analyst for Forecasting, Analytics, and Reporting at the University of Washington since May 2021. Previously, Mark was the Clinic Manager at UW Medicine / UW Neighborhood Clinics from November 2015 to March 2021, where operational leadership was provided for the Federal Way UW Neighborhood Clinic, including staff management and clinic efficiency improvements. Between 1999 and 2021, significant accomplishments included developing an internal KPI for measuring Patient Appointment Access and enhancing patient care through various managerial roles, including Patient Access & Revenue Cycle Manager at Group Health Cooperative. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University and has completed graduate studies in Bioengineering at UC Berkeley College of Engineering.
