Stan Froehner is a distinguished academic and leader in the field of biochemistry and neurophysiology, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board at Myosana Therapeutics, Inc. Froehner holds the title of UW Medicine Distinguished Professor at the University of Washington and has previously held positions as Professor and Chair at both UW Medicine and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as Professor of Biochemistry at Dartmouth Medical School. Froehner earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The University of Texas at Austin and a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry and Neurophysiology from Caltech.
