Mark Giesbrecht is the current Dean of Faculty of Mathematics at University of Waterloo. Mark was previously the Director of Computer Science at Cheriton School of Computer Science, University of Waterloo from July 2014 to June 2020. Prior to that, they were an Associate Professor at University of Western Ontario from July 1998 to June 2001. Mark started their career as an Assistant Professor at University of Manitoba from January 1994 to December 1998.
