Andrew Ward

Andrew Ward serves as the Executive Director at Maryvale Adolescent and Family Services since September 2023, while concurrently holding the positions of President of the Graduate Student Society and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Windsor. As President of A&A Ward Consulting and Associates since 2013, Andrew has developed a strong consulting background. Previously, as Chief Strategy Officer at Ultima Home Care Inc. and Regional Executive Director at VON Canada, Andrew managed significant operational responsibilities, overseeing over 1,200 staff and 2,000 volunteers, along with a budget exceeding $70 million. Andrew's extensive experience in nursing and management is complemented by advanced degrees, including a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing, a Master's in Nursing Leadership, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, all from the University of Windsor.
