John Dube

John Dube has an extensive background in institutional analysis and strategic planning, currently serving as the Director of the Office of Institutional Analysis at the University of Windsor since October 2017. In this role, John oversees strategic planning, accountability, and analytics initiatives. Prior to this position, John held various roles at McMaster University, including Manager of Student Awards and Financial Aid and Senior Project Analyst in the Office of Institutional Research and Analysis, where responsibilities included supporting planning and policy formulation. Additionally, John has experience as a Policy Analyst in Government Relations at the Council of Ontario Universities. John holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, both from the University of Windsor.
