Marcin Pulcer

Marcin Pulcer is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience at the University of Windsor since November 2007, currently serving as Associate Vice President - IT Services. Marcin has played a pivotal role in implementing university-wide systems and aligning IT resources with strategic priorities. Previous positions include Executive Director of Ancillary Operations and Assistant Director of IT Services, overseeing cybersecurity, client services, and infrastructure for a substantial technical staff while managing large-scale projects. Marcin also contributed to web services and systems support, developing long-term technology plans and managing inter-departmental initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as a Software Solutions Developer at ABB Switzerland Ltd. Marcin holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Windsor.
