Nick Baker

Nick Baker serves as the Director of the Office of Open Learning at the University of Windsor, Canada, since August 2009, where responsibilities include enhancing and promoting quality open, digital, and online learning. Previously, Nick held various roles at the University of Queensland, including Lecturer in Higher Education focusing on student experience and technology-enabled learning, and Acting Production Manager for the Educational Resources Development Unit. Educational background includes a Ph.D. in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Windsor and a range of degrees in Wildlife Ecology, Journalism, and Tertiary Education from the University of Southern Queensland. Nick's experience spans instructional design, educational development, and research in both higher education and ecological fields.
