Stephen Mitchell

Stephen Mitchell is an experienced professional currently serving as the Decision Support Lead and Chief Privacy Officer at the Canadian Mental Health Association, where responsibilities include leadership in data management and privacy compliance since June 2012. In addition to this role, Stephen teaches statistics and research methods as a Sessional Professor at the University of Windsor. A background in psychometric analysis is highlighted through consulting work with DeltaMax Consulting and previous positions such as Chief Information Officer at the St. Clair Catholic District School Board and Senior Manager/Psychometrician with the Government of Alberta. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Measurement Psychology from Western University and dual M.A. degrees in Psychology from the University of Alberta.
