Tasfia Tahiat

Tasfia Tahiat is a skilled Medical Laboratory Assistant with experience in both the Microbiology and Molecular Biology Departments at the Medical Laboratory of Windsor. Tasfia has demonstrated proficiency in microbial testing procedures and sample preparation for various tests, ensuring high efficiency in laboratory processes. In addition to current roles, Tasfia serves as the President of the MMB Club and works as a Content Analyst and Developer at the University of Windsor. Previous experience includes a Research Assistant position at BRAC University, where Tasfia assisted in DNA and PCR testing, and an internship at BIRDEM General Hospital focusing on sample handling and testing of infectious pathogens. Tasfia holds a Master's degree in Medical Biotechnology from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from BRAC University.
