Adam Davies is an experienced educational leader in student-athlete development and academic services, currently serving as the Director of Student-Athlete Development at Wisconsin Athletics since July 2017. Previously held positions include Associate Director of Academic Services and Assistant Director of Academic Services, where responsibilities involved providing comprehensive academic support for multiple sports teams, supervising academic advisors, and advising student-athletes on their educational pathways. Adam has developed individualized success plans, coordinated strategic academic initiatives, and collaborated with various departments to enhance student-athlete experiences. With a strong educational background, including ongoing doctoral studies in Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis and multiple degrees in Sport Management and Health Care Administration, Adam has demonstrated a commitment to fostering academic excellence and personal development within collegiate athletics.
