Kelsey Brannan

Kelsey Brannan is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in radio and communications. Currently serving as the Director of Student Radio at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Kelsey oversees WSUM Madison Student Radio's daily operations, strategic planning, and budget management, while supervising a diverse team and ensuring compliance with broadcast standards. Previous roles include Assistant Program Director at Minnesota Public Radio's The Current, where Kelsey contributed to significant fundraising efforts and developed on-air programming, and Afternoon Show Producer at KEXP, managing technical and creative aspects of the show. Kelsey also has a strong foundation in social media and public relations from positions held at the Seattle Theatre Group and A-Side Worldwide, complemented by early career experiences at various radio stations. Kelsey holds a Certificate in Principles of Supervision & Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
