Manny Teodoro

Manny Teodoro serves as the Robert F. & Sylvia T. Wagner Professor and Associate Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison since August 2020. With extensive experience in academia, Manny held the position of Professor at Texas A&M University from July 2013 to August 2020 and was an Assistant Professor at Colgate University from July 2007 to June 2013. In addition to academic roles, Manny has served as Principal at EJ Metrics / Water Finance Lab since 2001 and was a Senior Economist at FCS Group from 1997 to 2001. Manny earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Policy and Political Science from the University of Michigan between 2001 and 2007, a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Cornell University from August 1995 to May 1997, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from Seattle University from September 1991 to June 1995.
