Troy Reeves

Head, Oral History Program at University of Wisconsin

Troy Reeves has extensive experience in the field of oral history and archiving, currently serving as the Head of the Oral History Program at the University of Wisconsin and as an Academic Archivist at UW--Madison Libraries since June 2007. In these roles, Troy collects and curates oral history recordings and collaborates on various projects. Previously, from January 2012 to December 2017, Troy was the Managing Editor of the Oral History Review, overseeing the journal's operations and production. As an Oral Historian at the Idaho State Historical Society from June 1999 to May 2007, Troy developed foundational expertise in oral history. Troy holds a Master's degree in History from Utah State University and a Bachelor's degree in History from Idaho State University.
