Scott Andrews

Head of Worcester Business School at University of Worcester

Scott is Head of Worcester Business School and a Principal Lecturer in Leadership and Business. He is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and Chartered Manager. In 2022, he was awarded the Chartered Management Institute’s Champion of the Year Award.

His own research interests are located in Leadership and Management Education, with particular focus on Participant Centred Learning and the Case Study Method. He is author of The Case Study Companion, published by Routledge. Having previously worked at the Royal Agricultural University, Cardiff University and the Open University, Scott has been lecturing and researching since 1996 and has also led over 150 international educational programmes in more than 30 different countries. Scott leads the Participant Centred Learning in Management Education (ParCeL) Research Group and has participated in a range of externally funded research projects.
