Ilma Spahić

Human Computer Interaction Teaching Assistant at Sarajevo School of Science and Technology

Ilma Spahić is a software engineer and data engineer at Semla since April 2024. Concurrently, Ilma serves as a teaching assistant for cloud computing and object-oriented programming at the Sarajevo School of Science and Technology, facilitating lab sessions to enhance students' understanding of Java. Previous roles include software engineering internships at Atlantbh and Social Explorer, where Ilma contributed to the design of a full-stack SaaS web application. Additionally, Ilma has experience as an instructor at CoderDojo Summer School, teaching programming fundamentals in Python, and as a student demonstrator at Sarajevo School of Science and Technology, preparing students in calculus and programming. Ilma is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at both the Sarajevo School of Science and Technology and the University of Buckingham.
