James K. Finkel is a managing director and head of the Disputes and Investigations practice at Kroll, a leading financial advisory and investment banking services company. Previously, he was co-founder and CEO of Dynamic Credit Partners, LLC which managed a variety of funds totaling at its height approximately $5 billion. Prior to establishing DCP, Mr. Finkel was a Managing Director with Deutsche Bank in London. He is an avid wine collector and translates French books and articles on wine, is the Chairman of the Wine Committee at the University Club, and is a Chevalier du Tastevin and a Commandeur de Bordeaux and Commandeur des Costes du Rhone. His other charitable interests involve the Lymphoma Research Foundation and The Colorado College. Mr. Finkel received the Charles B. Stover Lifetime Achievement Award from University Settlement in 2011 for his efforts chairing seven annual wine dinners which have grossed over $5 million in donations.
