Michelle Green

Michelle Green is the current MD of Human Resources at UNIVERSITY SETTLEMENT SOCIETY OF NEW YORK. Michelle has previous experience working as a Director, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Manager. Michelle has a long history of working in human resources and has been in the field for over fifteen years. Michelle has a deep understanding of the inner workings of human resources and is an expert in their field.

Michelle Green received their BS in Marketing & Human Resource Management from the University of South Carolina. Michelle then went on to receive certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in Change Management for HR (CMHR). Michelle is also certified as a Strategic Human Resource Business Partner (sHRBP).

They work with Michelle Paige - Chief Program & Equity Officer, Elizabeth Hollingsworth - Director, Institutional Giving, and Mary Adams - Associate Executive Director, Mental Health & Wellness. Michelle Green reports to Melissa Aase, CEO.
