He brings more than a decade of extensive experience in banking and capital markets and has led over $1 billion worth of transactions including a full suite of private placements, initial public offerings, follow-on public, registered direct offerings, SPACs, and mergers & acquisitions. Since his arrival, Mr. Guo has built the firm into a full-service global banking and distribution platform with investment banking, equity capital markets, debt capital markets, and institutional sales, high net worth retail sales and trading, and research departments. Mr. Guo holds double Bachelor’s degrees in both Finance and Real Estate from the University of British Columbia and holds FINRA Series: 3, 7, 24, 66, 79 Registrations.
