Agustin Barreto

Agustin Barreto is a seasoned music professional with extensive experience in music composition and sound design, currently serving as a Senior Music Composer and Sound Designer at Univision Communications Inc. since February 2004. Key contributions include crafting music and audio for major programming events such as Premio Lo Nuestro, Premio Juventud, and the Latin Grammy, as well as providing sound for popular shows and news programs. Prior to this role, Barreto worked as a Pro Tools Engineer and Session Bass Player at MAS Audio Studio from July 2001 to December 2003, and held the position of Musical Director and Bass Player at ES Television from 1999 to 2001. Barreto earned a Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance with a Minor in Arts from the Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico, San German campus, between 1992 and 1997.
