Prem Kumar has extensive experience in logistics, technology publishing, and chemical trading. Serving as the Chairman and Managing Director of Uniworld Logistics since February 2002, Prem Kumar also promotes 3R Research & Technology Publishing since August 2019 and is the Managing Partner at Industrial Chemical Trading from 1990 to the present. Prior experience includes a role as a Scientist at the Indian Space Research Organisation from 1984 to 1990. Educational qualifications include a Logistics and Supply Chain Management program from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2004 and an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Aerodynamics and Jet Propulsion from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, completed in 1984. Prem Kumar’s foundational education was completed at St Mary's Higher Secondary School from 1968 to 1980.
