Mike Bollinger

Mike Bollinger has extensive experience in strategic initiatives and human capital management across leading organizations. At Cornerstone OnDemand, Mike served as Global VP of Strategic Initiatives, founding the Cornerstone People Research Lab to drive data-driven insights about the workplace. Mike also held the position of Global Vice President of Thought Leadership & Advisory Services, where a team of over 30 was developed to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction. Previously, at Oracle, Mike was Vice President of HR Transformation, focusing on customer-centric solutions and metrics, and National Value Director, ensuring clients maximized their Oracle investments. Mike's expertise extends to SAP as a Solution Principal, where sales and solution strategies for profitability were established. Currently, Mike engages as a Start-Up Judge and Stage Moderator at UNLEASH events. Mike holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Arizona State University and California Coast University.
