Susan McGann

Susan McGann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Services at Unleashd Technologies Ltd. since April 2025, Susan focuses on enhancing customer success and retention through strategic onboarding and client experiences. Prior to this role, Susan held several key positions at ADP from December 2017 to April 2025, including Head of Implementation for Small Business solutions and Senior Director of Enterprise Learning Canada. With earlier roles at Yellow Pages Homes Ltd., Target Canada, and Wall2Wall Media, Susan has consistently demonstrated leadership in training and client experience enhancement. Susan holds a Masters in Organizational Development & Change from Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Yorkville University.
