Jillian Hufnagel

Jillian Hufnagel is a seasoned professional operator and executive coach with a robust background spanning multiple industries, including SaaS, Healthcare, Biotech, and Cyber Security. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for Chief of Staff Roundtable and a Strategic Advisor for Unleashed Games, Jillian also leads Hufnagel Enterprises as CEO & Executive Coach, where support is provided to executives during crucial processes such as fundraising and M&A. Previous roles include Head of Culture at Slim.AI Inc, fractional Head of HR and Coach at Goldcast, and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Duo Security. Jillian has contributed to numerous organizations, including cabinet and JobStep, and has chaired the Greater Boston Advisory Board for The Admin Awards. Education was obtained at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design from 2000 to 2003.
