Currently serving as Chief Experience Officer at TMWX since 2007, Benedict has collaborated with high-profile clients such as the International Olympic Committee, BMW, and Marks & Spencer. Prior roles include Head of User Experience, where work involved notable brands like British Airways and easyJet, and various freelance design positions across leading companies including IBM and Lloyds of London. Benedict's career also encompasses senior designer roles at CodeStreet and New York Chart and Diagram, alongside foundational work at Aaron Marcus and Associates and Pressgang Publishing. Benedict holds a BA Hons in Graphic Design from the School of Visual Arts.
