Matthew Jackson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the benefits management and mental wellbeing sectors. Currently serving as General Manager and Vice President for the Americas at Unmind since April 2020, Matthew is focused on strategic direction and fostering an inclusive company culture. Previously, as Head of North America, Matthew led operations and client support to enhance mental wellbeing across organizations. At Darwin, from March 2009 to April 2020, Matthew held several key leadership roles, including Vice President of Proposition & Client Solutions and Vice President of Client Solutions, where Matthew drove the integration and market evolution of benefits management technology. Additional experience includes roles at ADP and Towers Watson, with a solid foundation in financial services from positions at Morgan Stanley and UBS Investment Bank. Matthew holds a BA Hons in International Business from the University of Liverpool and a certificate from the Mountbatten Internship Programme.
