Paula Castillo is an experienced professional in human resources and retail management, currently serving as the Training & Excellence Manager and International Human Resources Business Partner at UNOde50 since May 2017. In this role, Paula manages 54 points of sale across Europe, focusing on recruitment, training, and employee development while reporting to the Global HR Director. Previous positions include Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co. and Hollister Co., where Paula was responsible for driving sales performance and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Additionally, Paula began a career in sales as a Sales Assistant at Uterqüe and completed an internship in the Front Desk Department at Hotel Vincci Selección Posada del Patio 5*. Paula holds a Tourism Degree in International Tourism Management and Consultancy from NHTV Breda University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism from Universidad de Málaga.
