Hannah Swee, PhD, is a Climate Change Expert with extensive experience in program implementation and research related to climate action and sustainable development. Currently at UNOPS since August 2016, Hannah has held roles including Technical Specialist and Learning & Development Officer within the Initiative for Climate Action Transparency. Prior to this, experience includes serving as a Research Associate at AXA focused on climate and disaster risk and as a Lecturer at the University of Copenhagen. Additional roles include Research Assistant at The Australian National University, Consultant for the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure, and Sustainable Development Programme Assistant at Kenya Wildlife Service. Hannah Swee holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Anthropology/Development Studies from UCL, along with an Honours Degree in Social Sciences and Bachelor’s degrees in Anthropology, Environmental Studies, and Accounting from the University of Adelaide.
