Dustin Neuneyer has extensive experience in sustainability and finance, currently serving as the Head of Germany & Austria at PRI Principles for Responsible Investment since January 2014 and as an Expert for the Sustainable Finance Advisory Council of the Federal Government since December 2022. Additionally, Dustin operates as an independent consultant specializing in sustainability, finance, and ESG strategy since August 2013. Previous roles include directorship in Sustainability Management at WestLB, membership on the Investment Committee of Climate Change Investment CCI II S.A. SICAR, and Senior Advisor in Finance Sector and Sustainability at Germanwatch. Early career experiences involve freelance journalism and project management. Dustin holds a Master of Arts in Political Science, German Philology, and Art History from the University of Cologne, completed in 2002.

The Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) is an investor initiative in partnership with UNEP FI and the UN Global Compact. Founded in 2006 and supported by the United Nations, the PRI has become the leading network for investors demonstrating their commitment to responsible ownership and long-term, sustainable returns. Pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign/development funds, investment managers and service providers make up the PRI network. Our goal is to grow investor interest in environmental, social and corporate governance issues (ESG), share best practice and support signatory needs in their fulfilment of the six PRI Principles.
