Principles for Responsible Investment
Ryan Wiles has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ryan started their career as a Student at the University of Hertfordshire from September 2011 to June 2015. In August 2013, they worked as a Training and HR Assistant at Linde Material Handling (UK) Ltd for a year. Ryan then joined Wincanton as an HR Officer, where they held various positions from September 2015 to April 2019. After that, they worked as an HR Advisor at Affinity Water from May 2019 to December 2019. From December 2019 to February 2021, they served as an HR Manager at Medivet and then moved on to become an HR Business Partner at the same company from February 2021 to September 2022. Most recently, Ryan Wiles has been working at Principles for Responsible Investment, where they first served as a Senior People Partner from September 2022 to November 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Reward at the same company.
Ryan Wiles attended Astley Cooper School from 2003 to 2010, where they did not earn a degree. From 2011 to 2015, they studied Human Resource Management at the University of Hertfordshire, completing their Bachelor of Arts.

The Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) is an investor initiative in partnership with UNEP FI and the UN Global Compact. Founded in 2006 and supported by the United Nations, the PRI has become the leading network for investors demonstrating their commitment to responsible ownership and long-term, sustainable returns. Pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign/development funds, investment managers and service providers make up the PRI network. Our goal is to grow investor interest in environmental, social and corporate governance issues (ESG), share best practice and support signatory needs in their fulfilment of the six PRI Principles.
