Pete Rahn

Pete Rahn is an experienced professional in food safety and quality management, currently serving as the Director of Food Safety and Quality at Unreal Snacks since May 2024. Previously, Pete held the role of Director of Product at Mori, where strategic product roadmaps were developed, significantly enhancing customer outreach and market expansion. At Atlantic Sea Farms, Pete contributed to doubling operations annually and orchestrated a major facility expansion, optimizing food safety. Earlier roles included Quality Assurance Manager at Barry Callebaut Group, where quality operations for a large plant were managed, and significant reductions in customer complaints were achieved. Notably, at Jacques Torres Chocolate, Pete developed a GFSI-level food safety program and managed key contract manufacturing relationships. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Food Science from the University of Maine, alongside studies in English Literature and Brewing and Malting Science.
