An extensive academic background includes a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, where Ritwika completed a thesis on pedestrian detection and conducted research on generating animated versions of real images. Additional experience includes co-founding Engphile Innovation Labs Pvt. Ltd., leading a data science group at Kharagpur Data Analytics Group, and internships at Texas Instruments and Nomura Research Institute Financial Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., where Ritwika applied machine learning and software development skills.
