Dr. James Bailey has extensive work experience in the education and international engagement sectors. Dr. James currently serves as the Director of Learning and Teaching at UNSW College, where they are responsible for developing and monitoring academic policies, promoting teaching excellence, and driving innovation in learning and teaching.
