Michael Stockerl has a diverse work experience in the software engineering and technology sector. Michael started their career as a HiWi at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft in 2009, where they worked until 2011. Michael then joined Check Networks GmbH as a Software Developer, working as a Werkstudent and Praktikant from 2011 to 2012.
In 2012, Michael joined Gini GmbH as a Software Engineer and Machine Learning Engineer until 2014. During this time, they also worked as a Werkstudent. Michael then joined gutefrage.net GmbH as a Software Engineer in 2014, where they worked until 2017.
Since 2017, Michael has been working at UnternehmerTUM. Michael started as the Head of Software Engineering in the Digital Product School and later became the Director of the Digital Product School in 2020.
In 2020, Michael also joined TUM Venture Labs as a Venture Director focusing on Software/AI. Michael has been in this position since October 2020.
Michael Stockerl completed their Bachelor of Sciences in Medieninformatik at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2008 to 2011. Michael then pursued a Master's degree in Informatik at the same institution from 2012 to 2014.
