Maximilian Tuma has several years of work experience in various companies. Maximilian started their career in 2015 as a Soldier in the Austrian Armed Forces, serving until February 2016. Maximilian Tuma began their education in 2006 at De La Salle Strebersdorf, where they completed their Unterstufe. Maximilian then pursued their interest in Elektrotechnik und Elektronik at HTL Hollabrunn from 2010 to 2015, obtaining their Matura.

Continuing their studies, Maximilian attended Fachhochschule Technikum Wien from 2016 to 2020, completing a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Smart Homes und Assistive Technologien. In 2020, they furthered their education at the same institution and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Elektronik und Wirtschaft by 2022.

Maximilian's commitment to continuing education is evident through their pursuit of a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cyber Security at Fachhochschule Technikum Wien, which they are currently undertaking and is expected to complete in 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Maximilian has acquired certifications to enhance their professional credentials. Maximilian obtained an Agile Fundamentals certification from ICAgile in November 2022 and also received a Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals certification from Microsoft during the same month and year.
