Razvan's professional journey began in 1993 at AIESEC, where they served in various roles until 1996. Razvan then worked as a Sales Engineer at Glykon from September 1995 to October 1998, followed by a role as a Sales Consultant at Exact Software Romania from November 1998 to August 2000.
In 2019, Razvan joined Microsoft as an Enterprise Commercial Lead, a position they held until February 2020. Overall, they have demonstrated strong expertise and leadership throughout their career in various industries and roles.

- In 1994-1998, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Universitatea "Ovidius" din Constanța.
- In 2007-2008, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Marketing from Central European University.
