Bjorn Bengtsson's work experience begins in 1998 when they became the Acting VP of New Business Development at HMX Sportswear. Bjorn then went on to work as the Vice President of Men's Design at Theory from 2002 to 2005. In 2008, they joined Greg Norman Collection, where they were responsible for design, product development, merchandising, and fabric R&D. In 2015, they became the Chief Product and Supply Chain Officer at UNTUCKit. Additionally, they worked as an Adjunct Professor of Fashion Management at Parsons School of Design - The New School, and as a Consultant at Lone Grey Wolf LLC.
Bjorn Bengtsson pursued their education chronologically, starting with the Fashion Institute of Technology. From 1914 to 2020, they completed an AAS in Fashion Merchandising. Following this, they enrolled in the Lund University School of Economics and Management from 2020 to 2030, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business & Economics.

They started UNTUCKit because they had trouble finding shirts that looked good untucked. They were too long and too bulky. It’s a deceptively difficult look to get right. So they decided to make shirts for those who want to wear their shirts untucked. They would make a better shirt for the untucked man. A casual shirt fit for comfort and not convention; designed to fall at the perfect length. An 'untucked’ shirt.
