Ben Herring

Ben Herring currently serves as the Sr. Product Owner for Generative AI at Unum, focusing on the delivery of enterprise generative AI products from ideation to production and scale. Previously, Ben worked as a Senior Consultant in Financial Services at EY, where partnerships with employee benefits clients involved engagements in target operating model design, core system modernization, financial controls, customer experience design, and market entry strategies. Ben's earlier tenure at Unum included various roles such as Director of Digital Transformation - Products and Manager of New Account Implementation, alongside positions at Colonial Life and Unum UK. Ben holds a B.A. in International Studies with a focus on Global Commerce from Newberry College.
