Courtney Lorack

Courtney Lorack is an experienced professional in talent development and management, currently serving as the Director of the Talent Development Portfolio at Unum since April 2014. Courtney has held various roles at Unum, including Learning Manager, Learning Consultant, and Benefits Specialist. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Store Manager at AT&T and General Manager at Pottery Barn Kids. Courtney began a career at Target as Executive Team Lead for Guest Experience. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Master of Science in Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where studies are ongoing.
