Deidre Tobey

Deidre Tobey is a seasoned business analyst and product owner with extensive experience in improving operational efficiency and user experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst in IT at Unum, Deidre enhances customer satisfaction through automated case assignments. Previous roles include Senior Product Business Analyst at Unum | Leave Logic, where contributions included enhancing HR user interfaces and driving process improvements.
