Grace Rodgers

Grace (Farnkoff) Rodgers is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Director of Operational Effectiveness in Benefit Operations at Unum since June 2017. With a diverse background at Unum, Grace has progressed through various roles, including Services Business Finance Associate, Partnerships Program Manager, and Core Market Underwriter, all within the Professional Development Program. Prior to this, Grace held positions at Colby College as a Statistics Teaching Assistant and Information Desk Attendant, along with internship experiences at Unum as an Integrated Underwriting Intern and National Client Group Underwriting Intern. Additionally, Grace contributed to academic support as a Peer Tutor and worked as a Chemistry Research Assistant. Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematical Sciences from Colby College and had an educational experience at Universidad Sede Prim in Madrid in 2015.
