Kristen Stover

Kristen Stover is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the recruitment sector. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Unum since August 2022, Kristen leads a team focused on executive and corporate functions recruitment, achieving significant hiring goals. Prior to Unum, Kristen held multiple positions at Compunnel Inc. from April 2016 to August 2022, including Managing Director and Associate Director of Recruitment, where Kristen effectively managed operations and enhanced recruitment processes. Earlier experience includes roles at Base36, Inc., Crawford & Company, and Patriot Insurance, demonstrating a rich background in claims adjusting and technical recruitment. Kristen holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
