Vivian Yuwei Zuo

Vivian Yuwei Zuo is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior Recruitment and People Specialist at unybrands since July 2023, where responsibilities include full cycle recruitment across multiple regions and involvement in culture and engagement initiatives. Prior experience includes working as the sole Human Resources Specialist at Voilà For Creators, managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, and serving as a Peer Career Advisor at Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, providing support to students in HR-related matters. Vivian also held a Talent Acquisition Intern role at TikTok and led the Human Resources team at humanID, where contributions included enhancing the onboarding process and increasing employee satisfaction.
