Leah MacArthur is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief of Staff and Chief Operating Officer at Up for Growth since April 2019. Prior to this role, Leah held the position of Director of Business Development at Jubilee Housing from 2016 to May 2018 and served as Director of Development for New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity from October 2010 to December 2013. Leah's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Public Policy and Administration from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Louisville (1998-2002). Additionally, Leah gained valuable experience as a Graduate Student focused on Public Management and Policy Analysis at Indiana University Bloomington from August 2014 to May 2016.
