Sara Gibson

Sara Gibson is an experienced professional currently serving as a Membership Associate at Up for Growth and as a Yoga Instructor at CorePower Yoga. With a strong background in advocacy and social justice, Sara has held various roles, including Social Media Team Organizer at NextGen America, Data Research Analyst for the Los Angeles County League of Women Voters’ Homelessness Action Committee, and Political Researcher and Writer at SIMPLIFIED. Sara has also interned with IGNITE National, where significant contributions to expanding female and non-binary representation in politics were made. As the President of UCLA IGNITE, Sara co-launched the organization and promoted reproductive justice. Additional experiences include positions with Community Change, UCLA Recreation, Public Counsel, and Kappa Delta Sorority. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs from UCLA and participated in the University of California Washington Program.
