Paul Hurst

Paul Hurst serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at First American since January 2019, focusing on internal innovation and strategic investments to enhance real estate transactions. Hurst also holds the position of Managing Director at both First American Ventures and Parker89, investing in transformative technologies and business models in the real estate sector. As a founding team member of Endpoint, Hurst helps streamline closing experiences through a digital platform. Prior to these roles, Hurst was a Partner at BCG Digital Ventures and Boston Consulting Group, and completed a PhD in Neuroendocrinology at the University of Cambridge. Additional academic credentials include a Master's in Economics from Harvard University and a Bachelor's in Pharmacology from the University of Portsmouth.
