Tran Taylor is an experienced HR leader with a diverse background in various companies. Most recently, they served as the EVP - CHRO at Upbound Group, where they were responsible for human capital planning, people strategy, and HR operations across multiple lines of business. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief People Officer at Bumble, a high-growth social networking app. They have also held executive HR roles at Mr. Cooper, Travelocity, and Alliance Data, where they had significant accountability for the HR function and human capital planning. Their earlier experience includes roles at The Home Depot, Raytheon (dba Crosspan), Westinghouse Security Systems, and ZEP Manufacturing Company, where they contributed to organizational development, compensation design, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Tran Taylor brings extensive expertise in driving employee engagement, enhancing the coworker experience, and aligning HR initiatives with business needs.
Tran Taylor holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from West Virginia University. They also obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the same university. In addition, they have a certification in Strategic Human Resource Planning from the University of Michigan Business School, which was obtained in March 1998.
