Molly K. Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Molly K. has held positions in various organizations, starting with their role as an Editorial Intern at Platypus Media in 2007. Following this, they worked as a Student Assistant in Communication and Creative Services at George Washington University. In 2008, Molly joined The Bomstein Agency as a Public Relations Intern, then moved on to become a Member Communications Manager at the National Association for the Self-Employed (NASE), where they managed content, design, and publication of the association's monthly e-newsletter. Additionally, they contributed to the association's social media presence and supported various association programs. In 2013, they became the Manager of Trainings and Special Projects at Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP. Most recently, Molly held positions at UPCEA (University Professional and Continuing Education Association), starting as Director of Marketing and Communications in 2014 and ultimately becoming the Vice President of Marketing and Communications in 2018.
Molly K. Nelson began their education journey in 2004 at The George Washington University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology. Molly K. successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2008. Continuing their academic pursuits, Molly later enrolled at Georgetown University in 2011 and graduated in 2013 with a Master's degree in Communication, Culture & Technology.
In addition to their formal degrees, Molly obtained a Leadership and Management Certificate from the Wharton Online institution in September 2021. This certification further demonstrates their commitment to personal and professional growth.
